Refund policy

Because of the perishable nature of our dog treats, we have special conditions concerning returns and refunds.

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

If the product is beyond it's shelf-life, and you have not used the item, you cannot request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the dated receipt or proof of purchase for that item. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at jerryrggl1@gmail.com. We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the refund. You will be refunded your entire purchase price plus shipping to the payment source you used for the purchase.

You will need to explain the reason for the refund, such as broken or smashed treats, unusable treats, moldy treats, late delivery, wrong order, or other issues with the treats. You can include pictures as proof. Your refund cannot be accepted simply because your dog didn't like the treats.

We want to make it right, and we will do whatever we can to be certain that our customers have a positive experience with our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to file for the refund of the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
